Mark's background in the real estate field dates back to 1981 when he became a county property tax appraiser in Illinois. In 1994 he relocated to Sarasota and continued his real estate career combining both real estate sales and real estate appraising. His 25 plus years experience has developed an invaluable insight into the field of Real Estate.

He has been appraising residential real estate in Sarasota and surrounding counties since 1994, when he earned his state certification.
